Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order shipping within the United States ships free, with no minimum.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Items from our US warehouse usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, and all other items usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to show its first update.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

When should I order for Christmas?

For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10.

Returns and orders

Can I return an item?

All sales are final, and earrings and other jewelry worn on the body cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or refund you. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. After that your order may already be processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards plus the other payment options shown at checkout. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

Our jewelry

Is the turquoise real?

Most of our pieces use turquoise color stones, which give the classic Southwestern look at an everyday price. If a product uses natural turquoise, its description will say so.

Is your jewelry Native American made?

No. Our pieces are inspired by Southwestern and western design. They are not made by Native American artists and are not sold as Native American jewelry.

Will it fit me?

Most of our bracelets are stretch or open cuff styles and most rings are adjustable, so sizing is easy. Product pages list measurements where they matter.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Put jewelry on after lotion, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming or working out, and store each piece dry in a box or pouch. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our pieces are fashion jewelry made with alloy and plated metals. If you have sensitive skin or a metal allergy, check the materials listed on each product page before ordering.
